Beatrice Elizabeth (Anderson) Smith

Beatrice Elizabeth Anderson Smith, 95, Somerset, formerly of New Baltimore, died Oct. 10, 2016 at Siemon’s Heritage Personal Care Center. Born Feb. 16, 1921 in Meyersdale, daughter of Paul Lloyd and Mary Catherine (Bender) Anderson. Preceded in death by parents; husbands Tony Estnick, A. Loren Will, and Bernard S. Smith; brothers: Joseph, Donald, Paul Jr., Chirley, and Kenneth Anderson; and sisters: Pauline Thomas, Hilda Phillips, and Mary Catherine Engleka. Survived by son, Gary (Jo Ann) Estnick, Berlin, granddaughters: Jennifer Hay and Mandy (Ernie) Cooper; great grandchildren: Alexander, Jackson, and Gabrielle Hay, Franklin and Summer Cooper; and sister-in-law: Betty Jane Anderson. Member of Trinity United Church of Christ, Berlin. The family would like to thank the entire staff of Siemon’s Heritage and Via Quest Hospice for their compassion and wonderful care. Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin, where service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday.  Rev. Andrew Broucher officiating.
