Betty A. Meyers, 81, Berlin, died January 9, 2017 at Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown. Born March 9, 1935 in Somerset, daughter of the late Walker and Margaret (Baker) Hay. Survived by her husband of 64 years, Frank; son Donald married to the former April Gindlesperger, daughter Cathy Meyers, all of Berlin; and grandsons Ben (Nicole) Meyers and Matt (Alyssa) Meyers. Member of Trinity United Church of Christ, Berlin, and a former member of the Berlin Fire Dept. Ladies’ Auxiliary. She was a very devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin, where service will be held at 11 a.m. Friday. Rev. Jay Shaffer officiating.
