Dona Lea Foy, 74, Garrett, died June 19, 2016 at Meadow View Nursing Center. Born Oct. 13, 1941 in Meyersdale, daughter of Chancay Rollo and Nora (Smearman) Beal. Preceded in death by parents, son Scott, and 10 brothers and sisters. Survived by her husband of 58 years James A. Foy Sr.; children: Tammy Berkey, Somerset, Craig, Berlin, and James Jr., Somerset; 5 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and sisters Florence Horchler, and Ruth Warehime. Member of Berlin American Legion Auxiliary. Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin where a service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday. Rev.
