Goldie M. Duppstadt, 86, Central City, died Feb. 4, 2016 at Siemons Lakeview Manor. Born Dec. 1, 1929 in Stonycreek Twp., daughter of Russell and Mary (Keller) Duppstadt. Preceded in death by parents, infant brother Norman, brother Lewis, sister Nevada Slick, sister-in-law Shirley, brother-in-law Orace Slick, and great great niece Chloe Duppstadt. Survived by nieces: Carol Burkett and husband Barry, and Barbara Frazier and husband Lynn; nephews: Wayne Duppstadt married to the former Joni Engleka, and Clair Duppstadt married to the former Tina Peterson; 15 great nieces and nephews, and 5 great great nieces and nephews. She attended Shanksville-Stonycreek High School and was a retired seamstress for the Dorffman and Hoffman Sewing Factory. She enjoyed crocheting, reading, and babysitting. Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown. Viewing from 10 a.m. until service at 11 a.m. Monday at Unity United Church of Christ, Berlin. Rev.
