John J. Sterle, Jr., 62, Berlin, died Feb. 2, 2017 at home. Born July 3, 1954 in Johnstown, son of John J. Sr. and Gertrude (Horner) Sterle. Preceded in death by parents, and brother Anthony. Survived by stepmother: Betty Sterle, Johnstown; sons: Joe (Kristy) Sterle, Friedens, Kris Sterle and fiancée Ashley Shipley, Somerset, and Brandon Sterle, Berlin; granddaughters: Addison and Cambri; and several sisters and a brother. Family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 11th at Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin.
