Pamela Jane (Swank) Dinner, 56, Mechanicsburg, died Aug. 10, 2017 after a courageous 12 year battle with Huntington’s Disease. Born Aug. 26, 1960 in Somerset, daughter of Sarah M. (Corbett) Swank, Indian Lake and the late Millard Ray “Mike” Swank. Pam graduated from North Star High School in 1978 and the Penn State University in 1982. Pam is survived by her husband of 26 years Scott Dinner and their children, Sara and Samuel Dinner, her brother H. Scott Swank, her niece Lydia, and her nephew, Cullen. She will be forever cherished by her dear friends, Natalie Barnhart and Roz Kaltenbaugh. “Think not disdainfully of death, but look on it with favor, for even death is one of the things that Nature wills.” Family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until service at 2 p.m. Sunday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown.
