Valli Diane (Shaffer) Hall

Valli Diane Hall, 63, of Moon Township, died May 23, 2016 at Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh. Born Apr. 24, 1953 in Johnstown, daughter of Florence A. (Shaffer) Shaffer of Stoystown, and the late Clair W. Shaffer. Survived by her husband of 46 years William C. Hall; children: Chris Hall and wife Laura, Claysville, and Amanda Hall, Mt. Lebanon; grandchildren: Justin, Cody, Peyton, and Austin; and brothers Kerry Shaffer and wife Deborah, Michigan, and Michael Shaffer and wife Robyn, New York. She was a 1970 graduate of Shade High School and retired secretary from Grace Lutheran Church, Crescent Township, and Resurrection Lutheran Church, Oakdale. Member of Grace Lutheran Church, Crescent Township. Family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Deaner Funeral Home, Hooversville. Viewing from 10 a.m. until service at 11 a.m. Friday at Trinity Lutheran Church, Hooversville. Rev. William Winzler and Rev. Katie Maul officiating. Interment P.O.S. of A. Cemetery, Hooversville.
