Beverly A. Layton, 56, Acosta, died Dec. 28, 2017 at Somerset In Touch Hospice House. Born July 18, 1961 in Windber, daughter of Joseph G., Sr., and Shirley (Cable) Collins. Preceded in death by parents, sisters: Nancy, Betty, Catherine, Debra, and Christine, and brothers: Joseph, Jr., Robert, Gary, and Dennis. Survived by her husband of 40 years Richard; children: Allyson (Rich) Landis, Rikki Layton, Danielle (Keith) Schardt, Kristy Layton, and Michael Layton; 6 grandchildren; and brother Richard (Niomie) Collins. She was a former waitress at various restaurants. She enjoyed spending time with grandchildren, and playing bingo and cards with her sisters. No viewing or service at Beverly’s request.
