Charles C. “Chuck” Robb, 93, Berlin, died July 25, 2018 at Somerset In Touch Hospice House. Born Nov. 11, 1924 in Fairhope, son of Irving and Emma (Hartge) Robb. Preceded in death by parents; infant brother Floyd; brother Ralph; and sisters Elizabeth Gooden, Meredith Deeter, and Gladys Deeter. Survived by his wife of 66 years, the former Thelma Winter; children: Carol Fyock, (Dave Stiffler) New Paris, Lana (David) Kipp, Pittsburgh, and Kaye (John) Lake, Somerset; four grandchildren, six great grandchildren; and sister Marie Hollor, Buffalo Mills. He was a WW II Navy veteran and was a retired foreman for PennDOT. Member of Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church, Berlin where he sang in the choir, American Legion Post 445 and VFW Post 7295 in Berlin, president and charter member of the Last Man’s Club, Berlin, president of the Miller Cemetery, member of the Mt. Zion Cemetery board, New Baltimore Sportsmen’s Club, and the Berlin Fife and Drum Corps. He was a 32nd degree Mason. Chuck and Thelma enjoyed traveling and visited Europe, the Caribbean, Hawaii, Russia, and Alaska. Family will receive friends from 1 to 3p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin, where service will be held at 4 p.m. Saturday. Rev. Charles Dunn and Rev.
