Ethel Persuhn, 96, Fairhope, died January 20, 2019 at Somerset In Touch Hospice, House. Born March 5, 1922 in Johnstown, daughter of John and Anna (Zacucia) Tabak. Preceded in death by parents, husband Theodore C., son Ronald, infant son Donald, and grandsons Jack and Stacy Persuhn. Survived by children: Theodore W. (Connie) Persuhn, Fairhope, Linda (Gary) Smith, Berlin, Mary Jane (John) Croner, Berlin, Marjorie Persuhn and fiance Jerry Peterson, Jennerstown, and Donna (Roger) Jordan, Jacksonville, Fl.; 18 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren, and 8 great great grandchildren. Member of Grace Independent Bible Church. She enjoyed quilting. All services are private. Interment Berlin I.O.O.F. Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be given to In Touch Hospice, P.O.
