Florence Mae Pluta, 82, of Friedens formerly of Stoystown, died March 18, 2019 at Siemon’s Lakeview Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. She was born Feb. 19, 1937 in Boswell, daughter of Andrew and Mary (Miller) Baker. Preceded in death by parents, husband Andrew S. Pluta, nine sisters, and two brother. Survived by children: Deborah (Jeffrey) Wertz, Bedford, Mary Jane (Zane) Staily, Martinsburg, Andrew J. (Paula) Pluta, Clarington, and James E. Pluta, Stoystown; grandchildren: Christy, Steven, Marissa, Kevin, Shelly, and Alysha; and two great grandchildren: Jackson and Reagan. There will be no viewing or service.
