Gloria Mae Baltzer, 79, of Shanksville, died Sept. 21, 2017 at Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown. Born May 10, 1938 in Brothersvalley Twp., daughter of John and Ida (Kendall) Keller. Preceded in death by parents, and brothers: Harold and Dennis Keller. Survived by husband of 61 years, Robert “Bob”; children: Randy (Carol) Baltzer, Kathy (Bradley) Pugh, and Sally (William) Baker, all of Shanksville; grandchildren: Jason, Carrie, Josh, Chad, Jessica, Jill, and Melissa; great grandchildren: Caiden and Maelee; brothers: Jack (Jane) Keller and Duane (Janice) Keller; sister: Barbara (Robert Jr.) Cober; and sister-in-law: Ruth Keller. She was a 1956 graduate of Berlin Brothersvalley High School and retired from Somerset County Child Development Center. Member of Unity United Church of Christ. Family will receive friends from 12 noon until service at 2 p.m. Monday at Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin. Rev. Jay Shaffer officiating. Interment Walker Cemetery, Shanksville.
