James Wayne Flamm

James Wayne Flamm, 75, Berlin, died July 26, 2019 at the VA Hospital, Altoona. Born Jan. 13, 1944 in Brothersvalley Twp., son of Henry and Mary (Cramer) Flamm. Preceded in death by parents, wife the former Phyllis Sarver, brother Carl, and sister Ruth. Survived by children: Wayne (Katrina) Flamm, Somerset, Vickie (Tim) Ackerman, Fairhope, Lisa (Tim) Henry, Berlin, Candy Ward, Somerset, and Jeff Ward, Celina, OH; 9 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren. He was a graduate of Berlin Brothersvalley High School and a Vietnam War Army Veteran. Retired Brothersvalley Twp. Supervisor. He was a 49 year member of Berlin Fire Dept., and a member of Berlin American Legion and  V.F.W., and D.A.V. Family will receive friends from 4 p.m. until Fire Co.
