Joan Louise (Woy) Ohler

Joan Louise Ohler, 75, of Jefferson, MD, formerly of Berlin and Casa Grande, AZ, died Oct. 6, 2019 at Frederick Memorial Hospital. Born Oct. 7, 1943 in Somerset, daughter of John Lester and Beatrice Irene (Mason) Woy. Preceded in death by parents, husband of 19 years Elmer “Chub” Ohler, and brothers: Johnny, Patrick, and Edward “Tiny” Woy. Survived by children: Christine (James) Bailey, Jefferson, MD, and Wayne (Michele) Ohler, Berlin; grandchildren: Andrew Bailey, Kirsten (Tyler) Hoffman, and Kyle Ohler; and sister Fay Whipkey, TX. She was a Pharmacy Technician. She enjoyed spending time with her friends and family. Family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until a Memorial Service at 2 p.m. Saturday at Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin. Chaplain Cindy Leap officiating. Inurnment Pine Hill Cemetery, Berlin.
