Linda Jane (Lambert) McClintock, 79, of Berlin, passed away February 12, 2019 in Johnstown. Born June 17, 1939 in Johnstown, daughter of Robert B. and Margaret (Duppstadt) Lambert. Preceded in death by parents and son Douglas Carl McClintock. Survived by son Darrel R. McClintock and wife Sue, Berlin; daughter Deborah J. (McClintock) and husband R. Scott Boyer, Somerset; daughter-in-law Robyn McClintock, Berlin; grandson Damon R. McClintock and fiancée Veronica Tolentino, Clayton, NY; granddaughter Amber M. (McClintock) and husband Logan Dively, Berlin; great grandson Roman D. Dively; and devoted cousin Martha Albright and her family, Meyersdale. Linda was a 1957 graduate of Shanksville-Stonycreek High School, and attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania and Cambria-Rowe Business College. She was a member of Unity United Church of Christ, where she served as one of the pianists for 49 years. She also served as pianist at Roxbury United Church of Christ for 10 years. Linda was a charter member of the Somerset Assembly #68 Order of Rainbow for Girls, in which she received the Grand Cross of Colors. She was a life member and past Matron of Trinity Chapter #138 Order of Eastern Star. Linda was a member of the Somerset County Community Band for 22 years, the Westmoreland County Community Band, and a former member of the Laurel Highlands Chorale. She truly enjoyed being a dedicated Flight 93 Ambassador and a member of the Friends of Flight 93. Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin.
