Michael E. Fahy Sr.

Michael E. Fahy, Sr., 84, Central City, died Feb. 25, 2019 at home. Born Aug. 14, 1934 in Springfield, OH, son of Frank and Nan (Kreer) Fahy. Preceded in death by parents and daughter-in-law Darcel Fahy. Survived by his wife of 37 years, the former Judy Frazier; children: Cindy Hagans and Michael Jr. (Kaitlin Martin), both of Central City; granddaughter Alexis Hagans; sister Nancy Beirne; and grand dogs: Josie and Lucy. He was a 1952 graduate of Allentown Central Catholic, a 1956 graduate of Yale University, and served in the Army Reserves. Retired Bethlehem Steel Superintendent and owner/operator of Data Systems Associates. He enjoyed listening to country music, sitting on his swing, telling stories, watching the Steelers, and spending time with family and friends. Family will receive friends from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown.
