Robert Timothy "Tim" Fritz

Robert Timothy “Tim” Fritz, Sr., 72, of Somerset formerly of Garrett, died Sept. 11, 2018 at home. Born June 5, 1946 in Garrett, son of the late Eugene and Dorothy (Brocht) Fritz. Survived by his wife of 51 years the former Judy Bodes; children: Robert Jr. (Jennifer), Garrett, and Jennifer (Anthony) Hammond, Somerset; and grandchildren: Kaitlin and Brady Fritz, and Melinda and Madison Hammond. He formerly served in the Army Reserve, and was the former owner and operator of a dairy farm. Member of Mt. Tabor Lutheran Church, Garrett. He enjoyed hunting and his Boston Terriers. Family will receive friends from 12 noon until service at 2 p.m. Thursday at Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin. Rev. Glenn Foster officiating. Interment Highland Cemetery, Garrett.
