William C. Kennedy, 88, Stoystown, died March 12, 2019 at Latrobe Hospital. Born Feb. 7, 1931 in Kantner, son of Russell and Marie (Deaner) Kennedy. Preceded in death by parents, grandson, brothers Timothy and Richard Kennedy, and sisters Linda, Allegra, Genevie, Marie, and Karen Kay Kennedy. Survived by his wife of 62 years the former Beverly Reed; sons: Randy, Michael (Christina), Mark (Idyl), and Brian (Karen) Kennedy; daughter Jacqueline Kountz; 15 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; brothers: James and Donald (Gaile) Kennedy; and sister Loretta (Robert) Vandergrift. He was a longtime heavy equipment mechanic. He enjoyed restoring and repairing cars and trucks. There will be no viewing or service. Inurnment Lambertsville Cemetery.
