A. Elaine Walker, 80, of Stoystown, died April 4, 2023 at home. Born April 15, 1942, daughter of Walter and Mabel (Winters) Miller. Preceded in death by parents, husband Neil Walker, and sister Kay Sipe. Survived by children: Cindy (Lee) Watkins, Brad (Tammy) Walker, Brian (Lori) Walker, and Becky (Shawn) Kaufman; grandchildren: Jonathan, Brandon, Brooke (Ian), Jill (Mike), Christie (Chris), Carlee, Bradley Jo (Dakota), Gabriel, Kylee, Lauren (Aaron), Brady, Kate (Jess), Becca (Josh), Abby, Carson, and Carissa; great grandchildren: Raeleigh, Bryce, Ryder, Pierre, Cohen, Delaney, Addison, Tylan, Cadence, McCoy, Bryson, Jaden, Jude, Emilia, Madelyn, Claire, and Reagan; and a sister Audrey (Tom) Kimmel. She was a graduate of Forbes High School, and a member of Mostoller United Methodist Church. Former farm wife, co-founder of Walker Trucks where she was a notary and bookkeeper, and a local seamstress. She enjoyed shopping, gardening, and spending time with family. She was the best mom and grandma who loved everyone and made everyone feel like part of her family. She never had a bad word to say about anyone. Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown. Viewing from 1 p.m. until service at 2 p.m. Friday at Mostoller U.M. Church.
