Alice J. (Dickey) Trent

Alice J. Trent, 86, of Meyersdale, formerly of Berlin, died Dec. 18, 2023 at Rest Assured Living Center. Born May 26, 1937 in Berlin, daughter of Frank and Gladys (Smith) Dickey. Preceded in death by parents; husband Donald W.; brothers: Ben and Lewis Dickey; and sisters: Betty Pugh, Frances Hull, and Lana Clemens. Survived by a daughter Christine A. (Allan) Blubaugh; grandsons: Eric Blubaugh and Korey (Allea) Blubaugh; sister Caroline Davis; brother Jerry Dickey; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was a 1955 graduate of Berlin Brothersvalley High School, and she retired as secretary for Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Berlin. She was a very active member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church where she sang in the choir, and was a Knotty Knotter. She loved Berlin and Pittsburgh sports. Family will receive friends Saturday January 6, 2024 from 10 a.m. until the Memorial Service at 11 a.m. at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Berlin.  Rev. Robert Keplinger officiating.
