Arnold J. Harker Sr., 86, of Blough, died Feb. 10, 2026 at home. Born Apr. 14, 1939 in Johnstown, son of Ira and Matilda (McKinney) Harker. Preceded in death by parents, wife the former Helen Zoltai, and 6 siblings. Survived by his son Arnold Jr., sister Beverly Furness, and many nieces and nephews. Arnold was a Vietnam War Army Veteran. He worked many jobs. Arnold had machinist and miner’s papers. He was very handy and could fix many things. Member of Christian Assembly, Blough. A special thank you to close friend Gerri, who checked on him every day and always made him smile; nieces: Sandy, Pam, and Kathy, whom he relied on to check on him and comfort him. Also thank you to the Viaquest Hospice Team, especially Renee, Carol, Penny, and Ani. Viewing from 3 p.m. until a funeral service at 5 p.m. Friday at Deaner Cremation Center, Hooversville.
