Betty Jean (Miller) Jones

Betty Jean Jones, 59, Friedens, died Nov. 15, 2021 at home. Born Nov. 15, 1962 in Somerset, daughter of Ronald and Jean (Awtey) Miller. Preceded in death by parents and step daughter Heather Nicole Jones. Survived by her husband of 41 years Donald “Hoodlum” Jones, daughter Michelle Jones and husband William Romesberg, grandsons Ethan Romesberg, Carson and Cameron Jones, step father Larry Eade, and brothers Billy (Cindy) and Ronald Miller. She was a rural newspaper carrier for the Daily American. Member of Ferndale Sportsmen’s Club. She was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan. Family will receive friends from 4 p.m. until service at 6 p.m. Wednesday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown. Rev. John Barichivich officiating. Interment Friedens Lutheran Cemetery.
