Beverly Jean (Fieg) Thompson

Beverly Jean (Fieg) Thompson, 67, Friedens, died May 15, 2024 at Meadow View Nursing Center. Born January 30, 1957 in Somerset, daughter of James L. and Ruth (Yoder) Fieg. Preceded in death by parents, brothers Rodney and Rodger Fieg, and nephew Mark Keller. Survived by sisters Joyce (Bill) Burket and Janice (Duane) Keller; brother Randy Fieg; and nephews Kurt and Bryan Burket and Matthew Keller. She was a graduate of Somerset High School and Somerset L.P.N School. Former employee of Siemon Nursing Home and Meyersdale Family Practice, and a longtime nurse for Dr. Hay. Member of Faith Lutheran Church. She was a caring and fun loving individual who was loved by her family and others. The family would like to thank Kayla and the other nurses and staff who attended to her needs at Meadow View. Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown.
