Bonita A. "Bonnie" (Shipley) Foy

Bonita A. “Bonnie” Foy, 69, Fairhope, died April 10, 2022 at home. Born December 28, 1952 in Somerset, daughter of Richard "Jack" and Edith (Maust) Shipley. Preceded in death by parents, son Sammy Erny, brother Wayne Shipley, and grandson Alex. Survived by her husband of 24 years Jeffrey A. Foy; daughters: Kristina (Chad) Berkebile and Brandi (Stanley) King; son Jeffrey A. Foy, Jr.; Fur Mom of Sissy, Shebe, and Georgia. Also survived by 8 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren; brother William “Bill” (Janice) Shipley; and sister Jeanne (Fred) Leister. She was a 1971 graduate of Berlin Brothersvalley High School. She worked for St. Moritz as a security guard and was a daycare worker at the Somerset Alliance Church. Member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Berlin. She enjoyed four-wheeling, reading, hunting, and camping. She was known as “Camp Grandma”. Family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until service at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin.
