Bonnie Helen Yachere, 74 of Somerset, died May 4, 2026 at Independence Health Westmoreland Hospital. Born June 5, 1951 in Somerset, daughter of Charles and Leora (Hampe) Lensbouer. Preceded in death by parents, daughter Kelly L. Mullen, brother Dale Lensbouer, and son in-law Dennis Younkin. Survived by children: Johnnie (Sandy) Yachere, Andrea (Jason) Smouse, Pete Yachere, and Vanessa Younkin; grandchildren: Stephanie (Jake) Galentine, Brent (Janet) Allen, Chloe (Gladen) Maust, Heather Yachere, Sabrena (Craig) Mincemoyer, Kirk (Elizabeth) Smouse, and Dominick Yachere; great grandchildren: Jaida, Jaxon, JennaRae, Emi, Miles, Greyson, Slevin, Gunnar, Gatlin, Leora, Lucielle, and Maizie; sister: Alice (Freeman “Butch”) Coddington; and brothers: Tim and Wade (Cindy) Lensbouer. She was a 1969 graduate of Somerset High School. She enjoyed riding motorcycles, shooting pool, camping, fishing, planting flowers, the beach, and spending time with family. Viewing 12 noon until service at 2 p.m. Friday at St. Mark Lutheran Church, 823 Main St., Shanksville, PA 15560. Rev. Kathy Stump officiating.
