Cecil Max Bowser, 79, Berlin, died January 20, 2021 at UPMC Somerset Hospital. Born July 11, 1941 in Harnedsville, son of Cyrus Bowser and Hazel (Butler) Bowser McClintock. Preceded in death by parents; 1st wife Lois Jean (Friedline) Bowser Davis; and 4 infant siblings. Survived by his wife of 21 years, the former Carol Grimm; children: Rick (Pamela) Bowser, Todd (Wendy) Bowser, and Melissa (Christopher) Huntington; step children: Kimberly (Bryan) Butler, Brian L. (Marcy) Scott, and Rob L. (Ashley) Scott; grandchildren: Alison, Elizabeth, Noralee, Laikyn, Bethany, Sadie, Ashlynn, and Abigail; step grandchildren: Jeffrey, Kelsey, Courtney, Seth, Brooke, and Rider; 8 step great grandchildren; and sister Susie McClintock Vilanova. He was a 1960 graduate of Turkeyfoot High School and was a truck driver for G.I. Walker Trucking for 40 years. He also drove bus for Schrock Travel. He attended North Ridge Baptist Church, Friedens. He enjoyed NASCAR, football, baseball, gospel concerts, traveling, and spending time with his family. There will be no viewing or service at Cecil’s request.
