Christopher Aloysius Krepelka

Christopher Aloysius Krepelka, 64, of Berlin, died Dec.12, 2025 at home. Born Feb. 8, 1961 in Meyersdale, son of John R., Sr. and Betty Jean (Diveley) Krepelka. Preceded in death by parents and sister Jane Marie Krepelka. Survived by wife of 41 years the former Christine Ann Augustine; children: Jessica Lynn (Dustin Weigle) Krepelka and Zachary Paul Krepelka; grandchildren: Noah James Brant, Elijah Luke and Laurel Annabelle Weigle; sister and brothers: Joyce (Daniel, Jr.) Woy, John Jr. (Sandy), Michael (Cindy), Thomas, and Stephen Krepelka; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was a 1979 graduate of Berlin Brothersvalley High School. Former Head of Maintenance at Berlin Brothersvalley High School and retired Trades Painting Instructor for SCI Somerset. Devout member of St. Gregory’s Catholic Church, Macdonaldton. He enjoyed gardening, canning, camping, campfire cooking, riding his e-bike, feeding wildlife, hunting, photography, Berlin Boy Scouts where he was a volunteer, and spending time with his family. Viewing from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin where a Vigil Service will be held at 1:45 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at St. Gregory’s Catholic Church, Macdonaldton.
