Clinton Wayne Clark

Clinton Wayne Clark, 61, Berlin, died February 7, 2024 at Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown. Born July 28, 1962 in Cleveland, OH, son of Luther and Carolyn (Hoffer) Clark. Preceded in death by parents and brother Carl “Leroy” Clark. Survived by his wife of 33 years, the former Ruthanne Platt; children: James (Janel) Coughenour, Christy (Tim) May, Tyler Clark and fiancée Victoria Kimmel, and Alex (Abbee) Clark; nine grandchildren; and sisters Sue (Dan) Gindlesperger and Nancy (Mike) Hutchinson. Clinton was a 1980 graduate of Berlin Brothersvalley High School. He was a salesman at Center Rock and previously owned Clarks Garage in Berlin. A member of F. &A.M. Lodge 554, New Baltimore Sportsman’s Club, and Berlin Sons of the American Legion. He enjoyed hunting, deer camp, golf, and spending time with his family and friends. Family will receive friends from 4 p.m. until a memorial service at 6 p.m. Monday at Trinity United Church of Christ, Berlin. Rev. Jay Shaffer officiating. Inurnment Downey Cemetery, Berlin.
