Donald Eugene "Donnie" Wildenmann Jr.

Donald Eugene “Donnie” Wildenmann Jr., 47, of Somerset, died Oct. 2, 2023 at home. Born June 24, 1976 in Somerset, son of Donald E. Sr. and the late Sandra Jean (Chiccola) Wildenmann. Preceded in death by brother James Twombly, father-in-law Charles T. Miller, Pap and Nan Wildenmann, and maternal grandparents Salvatore and Rita Chiccola. Survived by father and step mother Patty, Stoystown; sons Brody and Braylon; former wife Shasta (Miller) Wildenmann; sisters: Mary Lou (Twombly) married to Norman Wildenmann, Tracy (Twombly) married to Loren White, and Tessa married to Robert Scherer; nieces and nephews: Randy, Andrew, Trista, Amber, Jade, Ryan, Kenley, and Kamryn; and mother-in-law Sue Miller. He was a 1994 graduate of Somerset High School and was employed at Lockheed Martin, Johnstown. Donnie attended Friedens Lutheran Church and was a member of Hammer Time Tractor Pulling. He was a former member of Stoystown Lions Club and a former Somerset Little League Coach. He had a great love of life. He enjoyed going to auctions with his dad, collecting antiques, Hot Wheels, IXL memorabilia, and baseball cards. Donnie loved working on his Mustang, pulling tractors, and attending his sons’ bowling, baseball, and basketball games. Family will receive friends from 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Friedens Lutheran Church and 10 a.m. until a service at 11 a.m. Monday at the church. Rev. John Barichivich officiating. Interment Friedens Lutheran Cemetery.
