Donna Mae (Secrest) Ogline

Donna Mae Ogline, 94, of Friedens, died June 5, 2026 at UPMC Somerset. Born March 29, 1932 in Johnstown, daughter of Earl and Evelyn (Hill) Secrest. Preceded in death by parents, husband Alvin Eugene Ogline, son Michael E. Ogline, son-in-law James Kentula, and sister Aldine Gorsuch. Survived by children: Colleen Kentula, of Stoystown, and Shawn Patrick Ogline married to the former Brenda Rutledge, of Boswell; granddaughter Bethany Ogline; and sister Wanetta Eschrich. She was a 1951 graduate of Forbes High School and retired from Daniel Shaffers Inc., Hooversville. Member of First Christian Church, Hooversville. She enjoyed working in her yard, playing cards, going shopping, and she especially enjoyed going out to eat. Donna was known for her peanut butter fudge and poppyseed cake. She was a very loving mother that always made sure you had what was needed, doing the same for family, friends, and strangers. There will be no viewing or service at Donna’s request. Donna will be laid to rest with her husband and son at P.O.S. of A. Cemetery, Hooversville, with a private graveside service conducted by Rev. Randy Reynolds.
