Eric J. Carmany, 56, of Somerset, formerly of Central City, died Dec. 21, 2020 at Siemon’s Lakeview Manor. Born Aug. 29, 1964 in Windber, son of James and Myrtle (DeArmitt) Carmany. Preceded in death by parents and sister Karen J. Duppstadt. Survived by sisters: Blodwen Lenart and Sidney married to Elwood Duppstadt; and numerous nieces and nephews. He worked at the Sheltered Workshop, Somerset, for several years. Member of Graef’s Lutheran church, Cairnbrook. He enjoyed word search puzzles and listening to country music. Family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Graef’s Lutheran Church, 2 2nd St., Cairnbrook, PA 15924.Additional viewing Tuesday from 10 a.m. until the service at 11 a.m. at the church, which will be live-streamed on the Deaner Funeral Home Facebook page.
