Evelyn Mae (Maust) Ringler

Evelyn Mae Ringler, 98, Berlin, died April 27, 2020 at home. Born April 26, 1922 in Berlin, daughter of Francis and Mary (Coleman) Maust. Preceded in death by parents; grandson Joshua Ingrodi; granddaughter Vicki Smith; brothers: Eugene, Donald, Ward, Robert, and Dwight Maust; and sisters: Pauline Walker, Marion Hittie, Ella Hittie, and Ruth Menear. Survived by children: Jim Ingrodi and friend Debbie Mowry, George (Peggy) Ingrodi, both of Berlin, Bonnie Duncan and friend Charles Heckert, Pittsburgh, And JoRene Ringler and husband Donald Custer, Central City; grandchildren: George Ingrodi Jr., Nancy Jose, Teresa Ingrodi, Travis Ingrodi, James Ingrodi Jr., Dina Ingrodi, Michael Ingrodi, and Jim Duncan; 15 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was a 1940 graduate of Berlin Brothersvalley High School and retired after 38 years with Snyder of Berlin. Member of Trinity Lutheran Church, Berlin. She enjoyed dancing, square dancing, traveling, and playing cards and board games. Due to the current health concerns, a private viewing and service will be held.
