Gary was brought up in a military family and lived in Texas, California and Minnesota. He met and married Pamela (Wilmes) Lundgren on November 7th, 1970 when he was 19 years old. Gary proudly served in the US Army and was stationed in Augsburg, Germany and that is where his first son was born. They moved back to St. Paul and continued to raise the family there for a few years. Gary went to college to work in the tax field. He began working for the State of Minnesota as a tax collector then changed fields and furthered his education to be able to fight for the “regular” person and their tax issues. He founded the company Tax Bulldog, and also became a published author at this time. He and Pam moved to Ham Lake, MN, continued raising their family there, and started breeding and training Springer Spaniels, which he still fondly referenced. Gary then wed Colleen Peters for 20 years. He went on to start Gary’s Handyman Service and resided in Robbinsdale, MN for many years. Gary then went to Sacramento, CA where he ran his handyman business and Tax Bulldog for a few years, until he was offered a job in Pennsylvania which he accepted, working in tax disputes as an Enrolled Tax Agent for Tax Solutions. He moved across the country for this to Johnstown, where he resided for many years and had a fulfilling retirement life there with his many dear friends, and hobbies. He was involved with the Johnstown, PA RC Club and he loved his remote control vehicles and airplanes. He was also a licensed ham radio operator and FAA certified drone remote pilot. Gary had his woodworking hobby business and also hosted 3 YouTube Channels. Gary’s Outdoors being one of them. As an avid fisherman, he enjoyed the outdoors, kayaking and boating.
