George F. Lung

George F. Lung, 64, Berlin, died Jan. 6, 2022 at UPMC Somerset. Born July 9, 1957 in Salisbury, son of George W. and Eva Jane (Hampe) Lung. Preceded in death by parents; sisters: Bessie Lung, Nancy Jane Lung, and Linda Streng; and brother Randy Engle. Survived by his wife of 29 ½ years, the former Roberta Gohn; sons: Justin and George A. Lung; grandchildren Audreyella and Blake; and sisters: Gladys (Richard) Wisseman, Deborah Pearl (Gary) Judge, and Karen (Bo) Hause. He attended Salisbury High School and served briefly in the U.S. Army. He was a security guard for Amguard. Member of the Berlin Veteran’s Home and Salisbury VFW. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and small engine repair. He will be sadly missed by his 3 fur babies.
