Glenn E. “Dutter” Pugh, 88, Friedens, died September 3, 2021 at home. Born April 8, 1933 in Somerset, son of Bert and Olive (Swank) Pugh. Preceded in death by parents, sister Helen Pile, and infant brother Richard. Survived by wife of 67 years the former Evelyn Shirt; children: Randy (Diane) Pugh, Pamela (Mark) Rakoczy, and Bradley (Kathy) Pugh; grandchildren: Jacob (Gabriella), Connor (Amy), Stephanie (Kerry), Adam (Lilia), Alex (Jasey), Josh, Chad (Jads), and Jessica (Brandon); great grandchildren: Evelyn, Naevia, Nikola, Diego, Benny, Emilio, Luca, Cruz, Finn, Walker, Kasen, and Audrey; and sister Catherine (John) Barndt. He was a 1951 graduate of Somerset Township High School and retired after 28 years with Walters Tire Service, Somerset. He enjoyed camping, gardening, and spending time with family. The family would like to thank Eli and family, Brian and family, and the staff at In Touch Hospice for their care. Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown, where service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday. Rev.
