Harold Dean Hoggard II

Harold Dean Hoggard II, 59, Friedens, died Sept. 12, 2020 at UPMC Shadyside, Pittsburgh. Born Sept. 15, 1960 in Somerset, son of Harold and Betty (Peterman) Hoggard. Preceded in death by parents, wife the former Marlania Sha Derberry, sister Cynthia Keim, and nephew Skylar Keim. Survived by son Albert Marody; granddaughter Freyja Onix Bobbie Marlania Marody; mother-in-law Velva Derberry; brother-in-law Dalton (Kit)  Derberry; niece Kristie (Jonas) Crowe; and aunts Dorothy Boyer and Judy (Glen) Reckner. He was a 1979 graduate of Somerset High School and a US Army veteran. Previously employed by Fleetwood Manufacturing. Member of Mostoller United Methodist Church and Laurel Ridge Sportsman’s Club. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, motorcycles and racing. Family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until a memorial service at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Mostoller U.M. Church. Pastor Joe Caola officiating. Military Honors at the church by the Somerset County Honor Guard. Inurnment Highland Cemetery, Garrett. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be given to Mostoller U.M.
