Harry Atkinson, 89, Friedens, formerly of New Jersey, died March 30, 2025 at Rest Assured Living Center. Born June 11, 1935 in Mt. Holly, New Jersey, son of the late Alberta Broomes Atkinson. Also preceded in death by his sister, Joyce Platt, daughter-in-law Linda Atkinson, and long time companion Joan Bush. Survived by his children: Glenn Atkinson, Sharon (Rick) Saffer, Kathy (Roger) Bisick, and Donald Atkinson; grandchildren: Roger, Steve, and Beth Bisick, and Ricky Saffer; and great grandchildren: Zach, Maliek, Myia, Chase, Grayson, and Knox. He was a retired toll bridge operator for the state of New Jersey. He enjoyed flying and riding motorcycles. There will be no viewing or service. Inurnment Mt. Holly, New Jersey.
