Irvin Blair Fleegle Sr., 86, of Somerset, died Sept. 2, 2025 at home. Born April 13, 1939 in Central City, son of Harry M. and Nora (Hillegass) Fleegle. Preceded in death by parents and sister Anna Mae Pugh. Survived by children: Blair Fleegle, Deborah Fleegle, and Cheryl Fleegle; grandchildren: Ashlee Focht, Emilee (Noah) Wing, Dustin Stone, Darren Fleegle, Nina Fleegle, Samantha Fleegle, and Tyler Fleegle; great grandchildren Liam and Rylee; sister Betsy (Jim) Brooks; and brother Lew (Cathy) Fleegle; and several nieces and nephews. He was a graduate of Shade-Central City High School and served in the U.S. Air Force. He worked as a computer programmer for IBM and Blue Cross/Blue Shield until his retirement. In his later years he enjoyed volunteering at the Somerset Historical Center, going to the Somerset Senior Center, playing cards, and Wii bowling with friends. A memorial service will be held at the convenience of the family. Arrangements entrusted to Deaner Funeral Home.
