Jodi L. (Berkey) Hoover

Jodi L. Hoover, 56, Berlin, died Sept. 7, 2021 at UPMC Somerset. Born January 24, 1965 in Meyersdale, daughter of Virginia (Sarver) and husband Terry Hillegass and the late Jay E. Berkey. Preceded in death by father and brother Jay D. Berkey. Survived by her mother and step father; children: Nicole Hoover and fiance Thomas Drass and Travis (Amber) Hoover; grandchildren: Luke, Logan (Olivia), Levi, Laina, Tommy, Westlee, Riley, Braxton, and Nash; brothers: Clark (Karen) and Bill (Cathi) Berkey; and sisters: Carla (Tom Clapper) Fochtman, Lesa (Joe Hanson) Hillegass, and Jayne Winck. She attended Berlin Brothersvalley High School and was a member of Mt. Olive Lutheran Church, Fairhope. She enjoyed cooking, reading, and spending time with her family. Family will receive friends from 12 Noon until service at 2 p.m. Saturday at Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin. Rev. Dr. Joe Beer officiating. Interment Walker Cemetery, Shanksville.
