John Paul Mangus, 75, Stoystown, died Jan. 20, 2021 at UPMC Altoona. Born March 24, 1945 in Galveston, TX, son of the late John Allen “Jack” and Sarah Marie (Hufford) Mangus. Survived by his wife of 51 years the former Alice D. Troupe; sons: John Paul Jr. and Brian Allen Mangus; and brothers: Eugene (Joyce) and Joel R. (Carol) Mangus. He was a Vietnam War Air Force Veteran and former owner of Mangus Cleaning Service. Member of Sipesville Church of the Brethren. John was an avid hunter and fisherman, and he enjoyed woodworking.
