Kathleen Anne Blades, 72, Kill Devil Hills, NC, died June 27, 2026 at her son’s residence in Stoystown. Born January 1, 1954 in Johnstown, daughter of Harry and LaVerna (Bourdess) McGuire. Preceded in death by parents, husband Jack Blades, and brother Jim McGuire. Survived by children: Steven, Michael, and Scott (Jamie) Blades; grandchildren: Alexis Moore and Adrian Blades; sister Sharon (Peter) Noble; and brother Mark (Jean) McGuire. She was a graduate of Conemaugh Valley High School and was a retired Registered Nurse. She enjoyed knitting, the Hallmark Channel, cooking, baking, and spending time with her family.
