Kay Ann (Schrock) Boyer

 Kay Ann Boyer, 74, of Berlin, died February 11, 2024 at home. Born July 18, 1949 in Meyersdale, daughter of William and Hilda (Mishler) Schrock. Preceded in death by parents, husband Charles, and brothers: Gary, Gerald, and Robert Schrock. Survived by children: Todd (Jill) Boyer, Bradley (Julie) Boyer, and Stacey (Bryan) Deeter; 7 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; brother Roger (Donna) Schrock; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was a graduate of Berlin Brothersvalley High School and beauty school. Kay retired from DeVilbiss after 35 years. She was an active member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, New Baltimore, where she cooked for the retreat center and helped at fish fries. Also a member of O.E.S. Somerset and New Baltimore Sportsman’s Club. She enjoyed spoiling her grandchildren and her dogs. Family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until a funeral mass at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, New Baltimore. Rev. Mark Pattock OFM Cap. Celebrant.
