Kenneth E. Weigle

Kenneth E. Weigle, 83, of Berlin, died August 5, 2023 at Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown. Born September 10, 1939 in Stonycreek Twp., son of William E. and Marian (Miller) Weigle. Preceded in death by parents, wife the former Sharon L. Hostetler, sister Bernice Walker, and brothers: Donald, Robert, and William Weigle. Survived by sons: Richard married to the former Sandra Shaffer, Berlin, and Kenrick married to the former Sharon B. Heefner, Chambersburg; granddaughters: Aleaha (Dustin Cox) Weigle and Alyssa (Matt) Meyers; great grandchildren: Kylie and Jordan Weigle and Colson and Kaison Meyers; and his German Shepherd Katie. He attended Shanksville-Stonycreek Elementary and Berlin Brothersvalley High School. Ken was the owner/operator of Weigle Buying Station and drove truck for a number of years. He enjoyed gardening and spending time with his family. Family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until at service at 12 noon Wednesday at Deaner Funeral Home, Berlin. Rev. Jay Shaffer officiating.
