Kenneth Yoder

Kenneth L. Yoder, 74, of Hillsborough, NC, formerly of Friedens, passed away June 11, 2022 at UNC Hospital Hillsborough. Born August 16, 1947 in Somerset, son of Millard and Lillian (Lewis) Yoder. Preceded in death by his parents and sister Candy. Survived by his loving wife of 50 years the former Delores Burkett; daughter Heidi; two sons: Eddie (Bonnie) and Kenneth Jr. (Mary); grandchildren: Jonathan, Nova, Colton, and Bradley; sister Debbie (Vernon); brother Mike (Linda); and numerous nieces and nephews. Mr. Yoder served in the Army for 6 years, after that he worked for Somerset Lumber. He moved to North Carolina in 1984 where he found employment at Orange County Public Works where he retired in 2002. In his spare time he loved going camping with his family.
