Lana Jean Clemens, 90, Berlin, died March 24, 2023 at UPMC Western Maryland Hospital. Born March 5, 1933 in Berlin, daughter of Frank and Gladys (Smith) Dickey. Preceded in death by parents, husband Wilbur M., sisters Betty Mae Pugh and Frances Hull, and brothers Ben and Lewis Dickey. Survived by her children: Beth (Jeff) Cottle, Daniel Bittner, Eric (Lisa) Bittner and Robert (Melissa) Bittner; grandchildren: Nicholas Bittner, Catherine (Ryan) Kline, Kenneth, Finn, Ella, and Ty Bittner; great grandson Parker Kline; sisters Caroline Davis and Alice Trent; brother Jerry Dickey; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was a 1951 graduate of Berlin Brothersvalley High School and was a retired packer at Snyder of Berlin. Member of Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Berlin, and American Legion Post 445 and VFW Post 7295 Ladies Auxiliaries. She enjoyed crocheting, knitting, word search books, Andy Griffith, board games, and reading to her grandchildren. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday April 22nd at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church. Rev. Robert Keplinger and Rev. Dr. John Harmon officiating. Inurnment Berlin I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
