Larry E. Hostetler

Larry E. Hostetler, 80, of Stoystown, died May 9, 2023 at Windber Hospice. Born Feb. 26, 1943 in Hooversville, son of Charles and Dorothy (Birch) Hostetler. Preceded in death by parents and brother Donald Hostetler. Survived by wife Sally (Sorber) Blue, sister Sandy Shaffer, brother Clifford Birch, cousin Richard Birch, friend Richard Holsopple, and daughter Jolene Bradybaugh. He was a former coal miner and retired from Emglo. Larry loved animals, especially his dogs: Lucy, Marble, Thomas, and India Mae. He also enjoyed tinkering with mechanical things.
