Leona Rogers Spence, 93, Somerset, died January 23, 2020 at Select Specialty Hospital, Johnstown. Born April 3, 1926 in Central City, daughter of Elmer and Ida (Umberger) Bracken. Preceded in death by parents, former husbands Blakey “Bus” Rogers and Russell Spence. Survived by son Marlin Rogers and wife Trudy, Marienville; stepson Russell and wife Karen, Windber; granddaughter Jennifer Hall, Wilder, ID; great granddaughter Elexis Bagwell; and special friend and companion Bob Gordon, Somerset.
