Lois F. (Grasser) Harris

Lois F. Harris, 101, Berlin, died January 29, 2026 at Meadow View Nursing Center. Born October 4, 1924 in Johnstown, daughter of William and Jennie (Luther) Grasser. Preceded in death by parents, husband Victor, son Bill Harris, granddaughter Melissa Suder, sisters Vera Patton and Betty Lindeman, and brothers William Grasser and Clarence Weimer. Survived by her daughters: Jenny Lynn (Jim) Suder and Virginia May and fiancé Kevin Jacoby; grandchildren: Tabitha (Jeff) Spruell, Heather (Mark) Harding, Shaun May, Michelle Harris, and Ron May; great grandchildren: Brentson and Peyton Harding, Katie Flick, and Jeffrey and Lexi Lindgren; and daughter-in-law Chris Galer. She was a graduate of Meyersdale High School and was the owner and operator of Harris Bakery in Berlin. Member of Berlin VFD Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed crocheting, word search puzzles, and working with the auxiliary at the fire hall. Private services will be held at the convenience of the family. Interment Berlin I.O.O.F. Cemetery.
