Marci Brooke (Miller) Foor

Marci Brooke (Miller) Foor, 54, Berlin, died April 29, 2025. Born March 29, 1971 in Somerset, daughter of Scott Miller and Linda (Ohler) Fike. Preceded in death by her grandfather, Clyde Miller. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her children: McKena Foor and Preston Foor; sister Julie (Vance) DeFelice; brother Matthew Miller; nephew Wade DeFelice; and grandmother Nancy Miller. She was a 1989 graduate of Berlin Brothersvalley High School and a 1993 graduate of Frostburg University. She was a former veterinary assistant for Albert Barnett. Marci had a great love of animals.
