Mark Charles Gallo

Mark Charles Gallo, 76, of Stoystown and Monrovia, Liberia, died July 6, 2024 at St. Clair Hospital, Pittsburgh. Born Dec. 12, 1947 in Johnstown, son of Joseph A. Sr. and Marian (Maguire) Gallo. Preceded in death by parents, son Mark, and sister Marleen Jo Gallo. Survived by his wife Tracey, Liberia; children: Tracy Gallo, Arnold, MD, and Joseph and Nicole Gallo, Liberia; siblings: Paula married to William King and Sandra married to Randy Roberts, all of Hollsopple,  Joseph Jr. married to the former Kathryn Miller, Stoystown, and Christopher married to the former Johnna Haydu, Johnstown; step sister Linda married to Andrew Dudish, Johnstown; and several nieces and nephews. Mark grew up in Jerome. He was a 1965 graduate of Conemaugh Township High School and a 1967 graduate of Pittsburgh Electronics Institute. He was employed by National Printers in Liberia since 1992. Mark always told his children how much he loved them. He will be missed by family and friends. Family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. Wednesday at Deaner Funeral Home, Stoystown, with prayers by Rev. Karl Kolodziejski O.F.M. Conv. celebrant.
